We offer turnkey assembly of sheet metal parts and testing to ensure the consistency in production. We manufacture your welding or assembly components completely from a single source. This goes from the small assembly consisting of two parts to the complete machine set.

·         Manufacture of the individual parts.

·         Procurement of standard parts like screws, bearings, chains, etc.

·         Welding with TIG / MIG / ARC / spot welding.

·         Pressing / welding nuts or bolts.

·         Surfaces such as powder coating, painting, galvanizing, anodizing etc.

·         Assembly – including screwing or riveting.

·         Packaging as required – to be ready for delivery to end customer.
